Jenni & Matthew were married in December 2015 at All Saints Church, Rainford and celebrated the rest of their day at Eccleston Park Golf Club.
To say that Jenni & Matthew's wedding day started out a little wet is a bit of an understatement! It was like somebody was tipping the atlantic ovean over us through a sieve!
Despite the weather we were on hand to capture all of the magic of their special day.
Their film begins as Jenni and the girls are getting ready at home. Hair and Makeup are underway when a huge bouquet of flowers arrives as an early wedding gift for Jenni off Matt.
We chat to friends and family as preparations continue and soon it is time to head off to the church to find Matt and the boys.
Over at All Saints Church Matt and his side of the wedding party are arriving.
We follow Matt as he prepares for the ceremony.
Outside it is still tipping it down with rain - but despite this the bridesmaids arrive and so does Jenni and her Dad - despite being nervous, she looks amazing.
With everyone in place it's time for the actual wedding ceremony to begin - very soon they are married and Mr & Mrs Bowman walk up the aisle hand in hand ready to start married life together.
Actually, they walked up the aisle ready to do an outside confetti shot - the one photo that Jenni really wanted. But it was raining heavier than ever, so we suggest that they postpone their confetti shot until after the evening meal at Eccleston Park Golf Club - where we will do a special night-time flood-lit shoot for them. With that agreed, we head off for their wedding reception.
Over at the golf club the happy couple are welcomed into the room and the meal begins - and then it is time for the speeches.
Father of the Bride, Matt - our Groom, and the Best Man ALL pull off amazing speeches - even if Richard (the best man) was introduced to a room full of guests wearing Ronnie Corbett face-masks! Genius!
With speeches complete we all move outside to where we have flood-lit the front of the reception venue - and Jenni gets her amazing confetti shot - with every piece of confetti highlighted by the floodlights it really does look spectacular.
Their film continues with a whole series of messages from friends and family and then back inside it's time to cut the cake and for the happy couple to take their first dance.
Their film finishes with a little of their evening band and a recap of their marriage ceremony.
Jenni & Matt's Wedding Day will be fondly remembered as an amazing day - it was a direct referral from Jen & Greg's Wedding that we had filmed a couple of years before - it was great to catch up with familiar faces - great to catch up with friendly people.
It was also only a few hours after my father had passed away - and as a personal thank you - you were all brilliant - working with you all helped me through a very difficult time :)
