Joanne & Robbie were married in February 2016 at the wonderful 30 James Street - Home of the Titanic in Liverpool
I had very high expectations of Joanne & Robbie's Wedding - from the conversations prior to the event it sounded like it was going to be a brilliant day.
Filming began outside 30 James Street in the biting cold as we filmed the introduction for the film. Gareth & Sean were filming the day whilst Jack was busy being the official photographer.
From the cold outside we went straight to the room where Joanne and the Girls were getting ready... in a room where the temperature control was set to 26C!!! To say it was warm was a MASSIVE understatement! Jack's glasses, camera lens and our pro camera lenses (with their layers of air cushioned glass) all immediately decided to fog up - and it took us about 10 minutes to get them warm enough to continute to film!
With the cameras finally condensation free we started to film with Joanne and the Girls as they had their hair and makeup done and as Joanne's little girl posed for the cameras!
Over in the boys room we found out that they had all shared a jacuzzi - don't worry tho, we didn't film this! After a little introduction to them we headed back to the girls room where Joanne's Mum was nearly ready.
Down in the ceremony room - The White Star Grand Hall - Robbie was being briefed by Mike the Toastmaster and by the registrar.
Back with the girls - Joanne was concerned that she was going to be late - don't worry... It's the Bride's perogative!
With the toastmaster's introduction it was time to welcome in Joanne and her side of the wedding party - and very soon Mr & Mrs Smith were married.
The first disk of their film continues with their group photo and a brilliant confetti shot - again in the White Star Grand Hall - before the room is turned around for the Wedding Breakfast. Whilst the room was being changed around we headed off into the city centre to take some great pics and footage of the happy couple - this sequence is actually on the 2nd disk of the film - woven around their wedding entertainer - the amazing Wayne Farrow singing.
Back at 30 James Street the Bride and Groom are welcomed to their wedding Breakfast by Mike the Toastmaster and then as they get settled in the room Wayne Farrow performs a couple of tracks. It is then time for the speeches - and this concludes their first disk.
The 2nd disk picks up straight after the speeches and features a Valentines Proposal and the grand scratch-card reveal!
Wayne Farrow then takes center stage as he performs during the wedding breakfast - and it has to be said - what a stunningly amazing entertainer - probably the best ever all-round performer that I have seen at a wedding.
Their film then continues with the Toastmaster's Toast, a whole series of messages from their guests (and a random extra!!!). It's then time to cut the cake, for Joanne to dance with her Father and for Robbie & Joanne to have their first dance. Their film rounds off with a recap of their wedding day.
An AWESOME film to work on, it is a total pleasure to be able to share their wedding day film with you.
